Late autumn has arrived- that post-colorful time when earth tones prepare for winter’s reign.  There’s still some green left, in such plants as young Burdock and Garlic, and berries provide color, but the writing is on the wall.  Frost has withered many a wildflower, though they still stand, seeds often evident.  Many trees are bare, yet brown Oak leaves can be seen, and Beech leaves are fading to tan.  This year’s growing season is drawing to an end, and autumn is running its course.
